United States Marine Corps (USMC) Requisition Management Due-In and Status File (DASF) Supply Admin Practice Exam

The code BB in requisition management specifically indicates that the item is back ordered against a due-in to stock. This means that while the requisition for the item has been submitted, the item is not currently available for immediate shipment. Instead, it is waiting for the stock to be replenished, which is reflected in the 'back ordered' status. This code is important for tracking inventory and managing expectations regarding the availability of items requested by units.

In contrast, the other options suggest different statuses that do not accurately correspond to what the BB code signifies. For example, an item available for immediate shipment would denote a code indicating current stock availability, while a canceled item would have a different code reflecting its status. The under review status also implies a different level of processing than what BB indicates, which is explicitly tied to back orders in the inventory management system.
